Why a notarized translation of a written consent of parents is required

Why a notarized translation of a written consent of parents is required
 A notarized translation of written consent of parents is required, when a child departs abroad unaccompanied by both his/her parents, for example:
- a child departs accompanied by one parent;
- a child departs with one of the relatives;
- a child departs on his/her own (for study, to a recreation camp located abroad, etc.).
As a rule, in such cases, a written consent of parents is only a part of a set of required notarized translations of documents. Notarized translation of a birth certificate, passport, etc. is usually required.
